Clean hotel in a lovely building adjacent to hill as well as motorway. Comfortable room with hot breakfast and extra pillows plus a clean condition. Decent food. Peaceful location to the dual carriageway.

the contemporary styling and decor of the hotel also cleanliness of room were outstanding .The location, being near to the conference at haydoc park was a real bonus.

Traffic noise being right up against the main dual carriage way into Liverpool..

The Queen Room was quite spacious and well-maintained. I appreciated the fast and reliable wifi, easy to work in the common areas.

The noise from outside could be disruptive at times.

The staff here was amazin, especially nathan and jack, they gave me really good service. My room was clean and comfy for my 2 nights stay. Breakfast was a nice surprise with plenty of options. Free parking made it easy to find and i enjoyed the modern vibe of the hotel.

The bar was kinda small and overpriced, and the noise from the busy road was pretty annoying at night. Overall it was a solid stay though.

All public facilities were visible immediately, with no need to go hunting around passages. The dining and lobby areas were very clean and welcoming.

There was no choice of bed size, or of covers. The duvet was much too heavy and the duvet cover alone was insufficient. Heating was not working.

They particularly enjoyed the games room and the free fibre Wi-Fi. Everything was clean, and the family room was spacious enough for all of us. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our visit.

My kids wished for more pillows in the room.
